Michael Lin (林明傑, BA UC Berkeley – Biochemistry; JD Boston University; USPTO Patent Attorney; Ohio Attorney – non-practicing) was such a terrible bench chemist that he had to become a lawyer. With 28+ years’ experience in Asia handling Intellectual Property (Procter & Gamble JP/CN 1997-2010, Marks & Clerk Hong Kong 2010-24), Michael believes that IP is an underappreciated business tool. As a consultant, he assists entrepreneurs and SMEs to grow while enhancing their competitive edge so that they can build products and services to delight consumers for years.
