Gillian St. John is a recent graduate from Oregon State University with a BS in microbiology and a minor in chemistry. She plans to pursue a PhD in microbiology in the fall of 2026, with a focus in virology. Gillian joined cc-TDI in summer 2025 as a research intern working under Dr. Guak Kim Tan, and is now continuing work as an intern under Dr. Naren Bharathy, helping with his SMARCA4 protein project. When not in the lab, Gillian enjoys fostering orphan neonate kittens and spending time with family.
