Annie Poczynek, BS

After graduating from PSU in December of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Annie took a seasonal role as a lab technologist at a cannabis research start-up. Although her initial tenure was short, she was enamored with the work, eventually becoming a senior research technologist. During her tenure, she utilized molecular biology techniques to support the breeding program and investigate genes controlling plant traits. An injury forced her to pause her career, but she isdelighted to resume her journey as a scientist by joing the CC-TDI team as a Research Assistant III.
