Xiaolei is a medical doctor candidate at The First affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, China studying neurology. As a scientific exchange internship student, I have come to the United States to study preclinical optimization of antibody-drug conjugates for diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG). I hope the research I am performing will help children with brain tumors and contribute to support the discovery of treatments of DIPG, since this common children’s high-grade glioma in neurology is an unmet clinical need in North America and beyond.
