Erin Helms, PhD

Senior Research Scientist II
Erin grew up on the central Oregon Coast. She obtained her BS in Biology from Pacific University. Recently, she completed her PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology under the mentorship of Mara Sherman at Oregon Health and Science University. Her PhD forced on studying the role of PSC derived CAFs in the PDAC TME. Erin joins us as a Senior Research Scientist II. In Erin’s free time she enjoys spending time with her dog Stitch, reading, hiking, and drawing (particularly science cartoons).
