Jiaojiao joins cc-TDI as a postdoctoral fellow. She received a Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Indiana and recently graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a PhD degree in Bioengineering. Her research focused on the design and fabrication of bio-hybrid robots, which combine living cells with engineered scaffolds to perform life-like functions. During Jiaojiao’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family and going on small excursions throughout Oregon.
