Claire joined cc-TDI as an Intel Social Venture Partners Encore Fellow and has now stepped into the role of Executive Director, bringing 25+ years of enterprise experience at Intel and Alphabet/Google, to help advance the cc-TDI organization towards its critical mission. A passionate change leader, Claire has dedicated more than half of her career to building and leading high-performing, diverse global teams. She has spearheaded initiatives in establishing, growing, and integrating new businesses, redefining organizations, and delivering capabilities to evolve and transform the way we work. Claire is also committed to developing the next generation of managers and leaders.
Claire’s international perspective gives her a deep appreciation for diversity and inclusion. She is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace that empowers individuals to reach their full potential. Claire believes in the power of everyone to make a positive difference and actively contributes as a blood, plasma, and platelet donor, a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and a board member for Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington.
Claire holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Services from the University of the West of England, Bristol-UK. She is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA/CGMA), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Spot Coach Practitioner.
