Claire joins cc-TDI as a Social Venture Partners Encore Fellow, bringing 25+ years of enterprise experience at Intel and Alphabet/Google, to help advance the cc-TDI organization towards its critical mission. Claire is a champion of transformation efforts and passionate change leader, with over half of her career building and leading high performing diverse global teams and programs for a broad range of initiatives – establishing, growing and integrating new businesses, redefining organizations and delivering capabilities to evolve and transform the way we work, and growing our next generation of managers and leaders.
Claire’s international perspective gives her a deep appreciation of diversity and inclusion in all its forms, she is committed to building an inclusive workplace, empowering and enabling others to achieve their full potential. A believer in the power of everyone to make a positive difference in the world – Claire is a blood, plasma and platelet donor, Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington Board member.
Claire earned a bachelor’s degree in Financial Services from the University of West of England, Bristol-UK, is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA/CGMA), certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Spot Coach Practitioner.
