Our summer intern/turned-research-scientist Andy Woods and cc-TDI’s scientific director (Charles) will be appearing on KGW8’s Portland Today this Thursday, Nov. 10th at 11:00am PST. Portland Today hosts Ashley and Drew will talk with Andy about his family’s personal experience with childhood cancer and how his daughter’s diagnosis has motivated him to make a difference for children with cancers with unmet needs. They will also be discussing cc-TDI’s Pediatric Cancer Nanocourse and how it strives to involve childhood cancer families directly with the cancer research enterprise.
