Introducing Dina and other Friday updates!

Here at cc-TDI, we are tremendously excited to announce that our team is growing! Here’s a quick blurb from our newest team member in her own words:

“I just finished my Masters in Biology at Northwestern University where I focused on developing a tuberculosis vaccine using nanoparticles. I am excited to keep doing research that can help impact lives at cc-TDI.”

Wow – we’re so excited for Dina to come aboard, and she will round out our team perfectly.

The exciting news doesn’t stopthere – we are still taking applicants for the 2018 Nanocourse. The topics will include EpS, Osteosarcoma and Hepatoblastoma, and will run from August 20th-24th, 2018. As always, the participants are the driving force for progress. If that sounds interesting to you, don’t hesitate to sign up here!

We are still in the season of giving and need your help! If you’re interested in helping us realize our mission of making childhood cancer universally survivable, there’s plenty of ways to give back. You can donate through Crowdrise or Facebook. We’re making advancements, but cannot do this alone. We appreciate the support and continued partnership with all donors – big or small.
