Diane Chamberlain

Finance Director
Diane started her career as a CPA for 11 years in a local Portland CPA firm and a Pacific Northwest grocery store co-op, obtaining experience in a wide range of industries including grocery, retail, gas stations, healthcare, restaurants, manufacturing, and real estate. As accounting manager and then controller in the healthcare field for 23 years, Diane has many years of full cycle accounting experience with a large part of her focus on payroll. She was also responsible for financial statement preparation, budgeting, and year end tax planning. In her accounting manager role, she was an integral part of the practice management team and worked closely with multiple medical group board of directors on the management of their companies including assistance with benefit administration. She is experienced with companies ranging from small to exceptionally large.
Diane has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Portland. She enjoys weightlifting, reading and travel.
