Ashley Allen is a Vice President of Investor Relations at Napier Park Global Capital, where she supports strategic communications and client engagement across private credit strategies. She brings over seven years of experience in investment management, with a focus on stakeholder relations, marketing, and operational support.
Ashley is also the co-founder of The Mary Ruchalski Foundation; a nonprofit created in memory of her sister to raise awareness and fund critical research for rhabdomyosarcoma and other pediatric cancers. Since its founding, the organization has granted over $1 million to leading research institutions and provides direct support to families facing pediatric cancer.
Ashley holds a B.S. in Marketing from Siena College, where she was a Division I lacrosse player and scholarship recipient. She is deeply committed to driving forward research, advocacy, and support for children and families affected by cancer.
