Dr. Amy Mantz completed her MS in Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she also went on to complete her Ph.D. in Biological Systems Engineering. Amy’s long-term goals include performing research on biomaterials and cell-material interactions to improve the efficacy of therapeutic drugs. In her free time, Amy enjoys hot yoga, cycling, and hiking in the many nature parks around Portland.
