It is our intention to create Honor Videos that are compelling, respectful, and heartwarming, and that will inspire everyone to do better for kids affected with childhood cancers. Each video will honor one child at a time and will be a compilation of statistics, facts, and personal home videos/photos. The videos will also include details about our research and how to help us at cc-TDI.

If you would like us to create an Honor Video for you, we ask that you please fill out the following information, and upload any home photos and videos that you would like included in your video to the following form.
